One Health : quand les écoles vétérinaires participent à l’effort

The COVID-19 pandemic seems to strenghten collaboration between human health, animal health and the environment. An article published in the Dépêche Vétérinaire describes various initiatives and projects involving the veterinary profession which perfectly illustrate the concept of "one health". Indeed, there are many ongoing projects on the SARS-Cov-2 virus sequencing, the evolution and circulation of the virus (European project entitled "Muse Cov"), immunology, equipment approval, therapeutic treatments as well as the behavior of the population during the lockdown. Collaborations to combat COVID-19 are developing everywhere in France, in particular between the French Veterinary Schools, INSERM, the Pasteur Institute, CHU and INRAE.
